Damaris Walker represents developers, investors, lenders, and public agencies in a range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development matters, and retail and office leasing. He also assists clients with real estate due diligence, including review of title, survey and zoning issues.
Before joining Adler & Stachenfeld, Damaris practiced at an Am Law 100 firm in Philadelphia, working on commercial real estate matters for national developers, institutional owners, and corporate tenants. Prior to that, he served as a Deputy City Solicitor for the City of Philadelphia, where he advised on real estate and economic development initiatives.
