Nuryllen (“Nury”) Aguasvivas is Counsel in the Real Estate Department and a member of the Impact and the Ground Leases Practices at Adler & Stachenfeld.
Ms. Aguasvivas represents clients investing in affordable housing and advises on matters involving complex financing and intricate real estate structures, including transactions utilizing federal low-income housing tax credits and other incentive programs. She drafts and negotiates transaction documents and leads transactions through all stages, including structuring, diligence, and closing. Her work supports the development and preservation of affordable housing, reflecting a commitment informed by her personal background and experience. She also works on a range of real estate transactions, including joint ventures and ground leasing matters.
Prior to joining Adler & Stachenfeld, Ms. Aguasvivas was affiliated with a large AmLaw 100 law firm, where she represented institutional investors and syndicators in complex affordable housing transactions. She also practiced at a firm focused on affordable housing, where she represented developers in a broad range of community development projects.
Ms. Aguasvivas is fluent in English and Spanish.
In her free time, she enjoys exploring New York City and spending time with her loved ones.
